Follow these steps below to activate DND on your mobile network. 

Check DND Status for mobile network 

DND is activated through SMS. They may charge card if you have no message. Therefore, it is best to check first that DND is already activated on your phone or not. To do this, visit DNDStatus.com and enter your phone number for the corresponding field. Hit enter and the website will tell you if your phone is registered for DND or not.

Enable DND to your mobile network 

If DND is not enabled on your mobile network or is not fully blocked DND service, then you can activate it using these following steps:

• SMS "START 1? (Without quotes) to 1909 to block promotions bankcards Products / Insurance / Financial / Credit 
• SMS "START 2? (Without quotes) to 1909 to block the Housing promotions 
• SMS "START 3? (Without quotes) to 1909 to block promotions Educational 
• SMS "START 4? (Without quotes) to 1909 to block health-related promotions 
• SMS "START 5? (Without quotes) to 1909 to block Consumer promotions 
• SMS "START 6? (Without quotes) to 1909 to block communication / broadcasting / Entertainment / IT promotions 
• SMS "START 7? (Without quotes) to 1909 to block the promotions of tourism and leisure 
• You can even call 1909 and follow the voice instructions provided to activate DND in any category. 

Important Notes 

1. DND does not block sms banking, communication, vocation third and online booking. 
2. It does block only SMS / shipped bulk SMS from websites online. 
3. 1909 is the free phone number to the message and the call should be free. 
4. You must be a client three months to its mobile network to use this service. 
5. It takes 7 days to activate DND. 

Disabling DND to your mobile network 

In case, DND is blocking your important SMS online, then you can simply disable it at any time. Just SMS "STOP DND" to 1909 and deactivated in a few days. You can disable category-wise too.
